Add Spice to Your Condo with a Little Color

While there is not anything wrong with a little beige, adding a little splash of color to your condominium can add personality to your living space and really spice up your life.  While making selections for our spec models, designed to be move in ready for the urgent buyers, we have tried to move away from the typical tans and add just a little accent color to make a statement- and condo shoppers love it!  Here are some examples of what a little color can do in your space.

 Walls

Add a splash of color to your living space with an accent wall.  Or, create an inviting bedroom with a relaxing color that suites your taste. A sun porch is a great room to go wild with color; take your favorite color, and go 1 or 2 shades darker. With the amount of light a sun porch gets, even dark colors look great!  For only $200 extra, you can pick an additional wall color to add some spice to your condo!

Flooring

Want your selections to really pop?  Choose a beautiful dark hardwood laminate in the kitchen or a colorful tile vinyl in the bathroom.  These ‘wow’ colors against a more neutral cabinet will make everything really pop!

Backsplash

A delightful and popular upgrade has been in the tile backsplash of kitchen and bathrooms.  With a rainbow of colors and a variety of sizes and styles an expressive backsplash can showcase your style and personality like no other selection can. Take a look at these pictures of tile backsplashes.

Hardware

Move over brushed nickel- hello oil rubbed bronze!  Adding darker hardware to doors and sinks can really add a splash of personality.  Black or oil rubbed bronze hardware pops off of the dove white trim and doors.

Counter Tops

Solid surface counter tops can provide a variety of sheens and shades to add color to your condo.  A speckled quartz upgrade or a standard selection from our Diamond Surfaces in a dark color can tie in your other kitchen selections and highlight your creativity.

Color is everywhere- why stick to basic beige and totally tan in your home?  Add a splash of color with one more of these design elements and selections to highlight your home and lifestyle.
