The next color and selection palette we have put together, just for fun, is called “Cozy Charm”. Calm colors and finishes allow for a relaxing home environment. Subtle grace and elegance will make not only the homeowner feel at home, but guests as well. The Cabinetry selection is from the Medallion Criterion line. The wood is a Chatham Maple with a wheat stain. The door style is a full overlay.
For flooring the kitchen and entryways will be covered with a Congoleum Wood Laminate in a Rustic Maple with Hazelnut finish (CN022). The bedroom and laundry areas will have a tranditional vinyl from Mannington Reslient line Aurora: Canyon Ridge (41224). All living and bedroom areas are finished with a nice carpet option from Stainmaster Prestige. From the Destin AF305 Board in Rawhide.
Two countertop options would both bring the cozy charm into the kitchen. With our standard Diamond Surface solid countertop option in Nutmeg (N136) you would highlight more of the brown tones in the home, while adding HanStone Quartz in the Maroon Renaissance (RS323) would provide a more accent color to the space.
Speaking of color, for this pallette we chose Benjamin Moore Paint 
colors in Soft Satin (2164-60) as the main color and Serengeti Sand (2164-40) as an accent.
For lighting we thought the Steel 5 Light Chandelier in oil rubbed bronze would be a complimentary to the cozy charm of the condo.
