Recently our largest floor plan, the Rosewood was purchased. We will be custom building this condo to the owners exacting details, and my hope is to keep you up to date as we go through the construction process!
The buyers choose to stick with what we call the ‘Rosewood v2’, which swaps the 2nd main floor bedroom for a larger master suite and sitting room/office. The lower level will be finished as well, with 2 more bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a huge family room with a fireplace.
