New Construction!

Sierrafield is currently in the process of constructing three new buildings! There are now twelve new condos at Sierrafield, eight of which are ranch condos and four split level. Two of the split-levels will be finished as spec units, and will be completed in approximately four weeks. At Sierrafield, we try to allow for as much flexibility as possible, so that the buyer can make custom selections, but not have to wait through the entire construction process. Typically a unit is completed in around six to eight weeks. This is very important for people who have their house on the market, and secure a buyer that wants possession as soon as possible. It is also valuable for first time homebuyers trying to secure something before the April 30th, 2010 deadline. We also have the ability to build custom condos in the Greens of Sierrafield. We currently have one Rosewood framed in, ready for complete customization. We also have two units with just the concrete foundation poured, ready for customization. The Rosewood floor plan, being a larger unit, typically takes a little longer to complete. Stay tuned for new pictures and virtual tours!
