One of the most common questions I am asked is “Can I hear my neighbors in the condo next door?” The answer to that is a very loud NO. But, of course, if you were next door, you wouldn’t have heard that, no matter how loud!
Condos utilize a double wall construction, including 2 sound barriers, and a demising wall (5/8″ drywall). The end result is over 9″ of construction material between you and your neighbor!
