How is the Real Estate Market in Sierrafield? April 2022 Report

How is the real estate market doing? How much is your condo in Sierrafield worth?

The Spica Real Estate team provides a monthly video update to any interested Sierrafield owners about condo prices in Sierrafield. 

Here are some highlights from this month’s update (and the full video is below!):

What is the real estate market like in Sierrafield right now?  Here is the April 2022 Market update from the Spica Real Estate team:

  • First on the list is 1296 Sand Springs.  It’s still pending, but due to a technical issue, didn’t make it on your list.
  • There are three condominiums pending in the Greens of Sierrafield including 1296 Sand Springs.  You will see two of them in your report.  Those will start to close over the next couple of months.
  • As you may have noticed, we started digging two new buildings in the Greens, and hopefully, before the next couple of months pass, we’ll start the third one, which will end up being the very last building in the Greens of Sierrafield.
  • There are a couple of really good things to report in the Commons and Trails.  1216 Kingman Ct ended up selling at full price.  That is a high watermark for that style of condo, which includes the Chestnut floor plan.
  • 7369 Cactus Cove is a little bit unique as it has a larger Amber floor plan.  There are very few condos in Sierrafield with this floor plan.  This particular condo did need a little bit of updating but is still in very nice condition.  From what I am hearing, it is going to sell very close to the full price of $290,000.  This will likely be a high watermark throughout the entire Commons and Trails.
  • There is literally nothing on the market in Sierrafield right now.  It is a very dynamic market right now, but there are a LOT of things happening in the market right now that could impact you and your condo.
