How is the Real Estate Market in Sierrafield? August 2022 Report

• Number one on your list is a pre-owned condo in the Greens of Sierrafield. Now, we don’t frequently see many pre-owned condos come available in the Greens so this is a pretty unique opportunity!
• Number four on your list is a condo available on Mesa Junction that we put on the market a few weeks back. Next month we will report exactly how that is going to play out once that one is closed. Sneak peek, it turned out really well and we are excited for everybody!
• Interest rates have been kind of in the news lately just in case you haven’t heard. They’ve been up, down, left, and right. What we’d like to encourage any buyer or seller to focus on, is what’s most important to you. Rates are going to move and that’s something that is outside of everybody’s control, but it’s important to focus on what’s most important to you with regard to the purchase or sale of a condo.
•  We also always want to point to the fundamentals of the market. Supply and demand is a big one. Right now supply is still very low, but is starting to creep up a little bit which is going to put some pressure on prices. But what we don’t expect to see happen is values to go down, we expect them to simply go up at a slower pace.
