What is the real estate market like in Sierrafield right now? Here is the August 2023 Market update from the Spica Real Estate team:
- 7471 Chino Valley sold very quickly with only 3 days on the market and sold at asking price. This is an 18% increase from when it sold a couple of years ago in 2020.
- 1272 Sand Springs is not on your list. It was a new construction condo that just closed a couple of days ago. So the Greens of Sierrafield has a new neighbor down there.
- You’ll notice that building AA which backs up to the retention pond is well underway. Digging has started and the foundation will go in soon. This is a three-unit building with three-stall garages on each end unit. This will be the last building in the Greens of Sierrafield!
- There are no active properties on the market in Sierrafield right now. So if you are at all considering selling your condo, or even thinking of the idea of selling, right now is a great time simply because there is no competition out there!
