What is the real estate market like in Sierrafield right now? Here is the February 2023 Market update from the Spica Real Estate team:
- The first condo I’d like to point out on this list is 7400 Chino Valley. It went pending relatively quickly with only 2 days on the Market. What I’d like to point out about this one, is that it’s a Pearl floor plan. I like to go back and see when this condo last sold and what was the increase or decrease over time. In this case, we saw on average a 7.5% increase every year.
- 7464 Navajo Valley has been on the market for a little bit. It’s not unusual for what we are seeing in this market. We are starting to see days on the market creep up. This doesn’t mean the values are going down, it just means that we are going to creep a little bit lower than asking price. Values are still going up, they might just simply not be going up as fast of a pace as we’ve seen in the last few months.
