What is the real estate market like in Sierrafield right now? Here is the February 2024 Market update from the Spica Real Estate team:
- 7357 Cactus Cove did close about a month ago and about $10,000 below asking price. This is an interior Pearl unit with bedrooms downstairs and a sun porch. This is one of the higher sale prices we have seen for that floor plan.
- 7408 & 7359 Cactus Cove are both now under contract. 7359 Cactus Cove was on the market for around 60 days and 7408 Cactus Cove was only on the market for 2 days. These are both the exact same floor plan. The takeaway is that pricing matters!
- 7565 Navajo Valley is one of those coveted end unit, Ranch, two-car garage condos that you often hear me talking about. These tend to move a little more quickly. On the market for only 9 days and sold for about $7,000 above asking price.
- There are also a couple of other condos available on the market.
