What is the real estate market like in Sierrafield right now? Here is the January 2023 Market update from the Spica Real Estate team:
- One of the things we are seeing here in Sierrafield is that condos continue to slowly trickly on the market. We aren’t seeing a large influx of condos.
- Right now there are two properties out there. One is pending that is not on your list and one is active and on your list.
- The first one that is active on Navajo Valley has been out there for a couple of weeks. This is very likely going to become the new norm. Things aren’t always going to sell quickly. The good properties that are priced really well and look really good, do tend to sell a little faster.
- The one not on your list is 7575 Sierrafield Drive. It hit the market right after this list was printed and went pending within 2 days of being on the market. It’s a good condo, looks good, is well-priced, and ends up selling pretty quickly.
