What is the real estate market like in Sierrafield right now? Here is the July 2022 Market update from the Spica Real Estate team:
- 1294 Sand Springs will hopefully close within the next week or two. This is the only condo pending right now which means there will be nothing on the market. However, I do believe there may be a pre-owned condo hitting the market within the next couple of weeks!
- Numbers 7, 8, & 9 on the bottom of your list, two of which were listed by Spica Real Estate, sold for ABOVE asking price by a considerable amount, which we ARE still seeing.
- The market is still doing very, very well despite what you might be hearing. The sky is NOT falling. Interest rates are rising, but the market is still doing well. It all goes back to the fundamentals of supply and demand. Regardless of what interest rates are, the demand is still there and supply is still low!
- It’s still a great time to sell and still a great time to buy!
