What is the real estate market like in Sierrafield right now? Here is the March 2023 Market update from the Spica Real Estate team:
- 1220 Kingman Ct is still pending.
- 7464 Navajo Valley is showing pending on your report, but actually sold a day or two ago for full price at $279,900.
- 1220 Kingman Ct and Cactus Cove (number 6 on your list) sold very quickly. It often comes down to the homes that have been recently updated, are neat and tidy, that have a tendency to sell a little faster.
- I was curious to see what the Sierrafield market has been doing over the past 4 years. So I looked at the average sale price and the total number of sales for the past 4 years. Please watch the video for the results!
- The bottom line is that the values are continuing to go up. There isn’t a lot on the market right now, which means it’s a great time to sell. – If you are thinking of buying, it is a bit tougher right now because there’s not much on the market right now and when things do hit the market, they generally sell pretty quickly.
