Here are some highlights from this month’s update (and the full video is below!):
- This month, there are four active pre-owned condo listings (as of the time of filming this video). This is great to see, as we hadn’t been seeing as many pre-owned listings for buyers to choose from recently!
- Two other pre-owned listings for condos went under contract very quickly; buyers are actively in the hunt!
- Two of the new construction condos in Building 12 of the Trails of Sierrafield have now sold! The other two units in that building are currently under construction and anticipated to be complete by the beginning of 2021.
