The Kitchen is one of the best places to get the most return on your investment with regards to a replacement or remodel.  According to a Realtor sponsored report by www.remodeling.net on the cost vs. value of home remodel projects, the average return for a kitchen remodel (whether minor or major) was between 55-60%
