As a resident of Sierrafield Condominiums, you have full access and privy to the community building located at the main entrance. The Community Building is a 4,000 square foot space divided between office space for association staff and rental facilities. The rental area includes a fully furnished living space, dining area, full kitchen, bathrooms, and outdoor patio. The space is perfect for family gatherings and parties for up to about 75 people. We have personally hosted a couple of family parties and association meetings in this space and it was great. No one had to get their home ready and cleaned or was left with a huge mess afterwards. There is enough parking for everyone. Plus the full kitchen allows you to wine and dine as you normally would in someone’s home.
To rent the facility* it will cost $75 Monday-Thursday, $90 Friday-Sunday, plus a $100 refundable security deposit.
