What is the real estate market like in Sierrafield right now? Here is the December 2024 Market update from the Spica Real Estate team:
- There are three condos that I think are worth pointing out. 7389 Rock Canyon, 7548 Crooked Creek, and 7384 Chino Valley. These are condos that have sold within the last couple of months. When I look at these, I see these at the extremes (see video for more details).
- The other new norm that I would like to point out when looking at 7504 Crooked Creek and 7359 Cactus Cove. We are seeing properties sit on the market for a little bit longer.
- Lots of good things still happening in Sierrafield. We have some new construction condos going up in The Trails of Sierrafield on Madera Court.
