What is the real estate market like in Sierrafield right now? Here is the February 2025 Market update from the Spica Real Estate team:
- 1211 Kingman Court does show 0 days on the market. This one was actually listed for about 2 weeks prior to it being re-listed so it was actually on the market for about 2 weeks and is why it sold for a little less than asking price but still within very normal parameters when we look at it historically.
- 7504 Crooked Creek sold for about 98.2% of asking price. Very very normal even though it shows 28 days on the market. 28 days on the market is becoming more and more normal these days and that’s ok.
- 7463 Navajo Valley. This is an end-unit ranch with a 2-stall garage. And these are the three things that we like to point out that are really, really important to many buyers. Sold for 100% of the asking price in a relatively short amount of time.
- 1227 Madera Ct is the first of the new construction condos to be finished and sold there on Madera Ct. We have a handful more to finish and sell there on Madera Ct.
