What is the real estate market like in Sierrafield right now? Here is the July 2023 Market update from the Spica Real Estate team:
- 7496 Crooked Creek. This is a Pearl-style interior condo with 2 bedrooms on the lower level. This is an interior unit that sold at list price.
- 7471 Chino Valley is currently pending. This is a Willow-style floor plan, two-story condo with 2 bedrooms upstairs and a single-stall garage. This one went under contract within the first couple of days. So it will be interesting to see what it ends up selling for.
- Building AA in the Greens of Sierrafield. We are getting close to having that building go up. We are finalizing some drawings and getting the area cleared and ready to go for construction. This will be a 3-unit and our last building in the Greens of Sierrafield!
