How is the real estate market doing? How much is your condo in Sierrafield worth?

The Spica Real Estate team provides a bi-monthly video update to any interested Sierrafield owners about condo prices in Sierrafield. 

Here are some highlights from this month’s update (and the full video is below!):

What is the real estate market like in Sierrafield right now?  Here is the June 2025 Market update from the Spica Real Estate team:

  • 1220 Monte Rio Ct sold just a couple of weeks ago for $318,000 which is $13,000 or 4.2% above asking price. An interior Ranch style condo in the Trails of Sierrafield.
  • 1345 Nevada Ridge sold for $5,000 below asking price. That was one of the very first buildings in the Commons of Sierrafield.
  • 7573 Sierrafield Drive is one that we actually put on the market. That one was a Ranch-style end unit condo that sold for $15,000 or about 6% above asking price.
  • In general, there is not a lot of pre-owned inventory available on the market. We do have some new construction available on Madera Ct.
