- There are a couple of new construction condos that are now under contract, which is great!
- Building W in the Greens will be under construction very soon, and the next building in the Trails is being designed now.
- One condo on the report has been sold five times since 2008. The appreciation rate for this condo is about 7% per year for the past 12 years. It falls in the same rate of appreciation as the single family homes in the Byron Center area.
