How is the Real Estate Market in Sierrafield? March 2022 Report

• There are absolutely no condos on the market in Sierrafield right now.
• All of the new construction condos are now under contract to be sold.
• There was one pre-owned condo available at 1216 Kingman Court but now is also under contract.
• We will be building additional new construction condos in the Greens and then starting some in the Trails as well.  So there will be new construction condos coming online.  However, pre-owned condos typically come on the market pretty regularly, but we just haven’t seen very many of them.
• What does this mean for you?  If you are at all considering selling, now is a fantastic time to put your condo on the market as Spring is right around the corner.
• Interest rates are still historically very low but are starting to tick up a little bit.  All indications that they will continue to go up throughout the year, but ultimately remain at historic lows.
