What is the real estate market like in Sierrafield right now? Here is the May 2022 Market update from the Spica Real Estate team:
- There’s really only one condo that I’d like to point out that’s number 9 on your list. 7379 Cactus Cove. This is one of the larger floor plans in Sierrafield and the largest Ranch floor plan in the Commons of Sierrafield. Almost always built as an end unit and there are very few of them in Sierrafield. So it’s always kind of intriguing when one of these comes on the market. $290,000 is one of the higher sales prices in the Commons to date. An excellent sale price for the entire neighborhood. It’s a great condo with a great floor plan! We are grateful to have some new neighbors in the community!
- In the Greens of Sierrafield, building Y is going up, and very shortly after that, building Z right next to it will be going up. We hope to have building AA, which will back right up to the pond going up late summer or early fall! We hope to have the Greens of Sierrafield wrapped up very shortly. You’ll see a LOT of activity going on in that area over the next couple of months.
