What is the real estate market like in Sierrafield right now?  Here is the May 2023 Market update from the Spica Real Estate team:

  • The first one on your list there 1240 Mesa Junction is currently pending. As I understand it that one had multiple offers on it so it will be fascinating to see what that one ends up selling for.
  • 1220 Kingman Ct sold for $20,000 above asking price.
  • 7400 Chino Valley sold for about $7,000 above asking price.
  • 7381 Cactus Cove & 7464 Navajo Valley both sold at asking price.
  • 1278 & 1280 Sand Springs are both new construction and sold.
  • Pricing and condition are both extremely important!! We are seeing these two things become more and more critical as buyers can smell an overpriced condo in a heartbeat and they get turned off by condos that don’t look very nice on the inside.
