What is the real estate market like in Sierrafield right now? Here is the November update from the Spica Real Estate team:
- Property 20 & 21 were pending last time and are both sold now.
- Property #21, 1222 Madera Ct. sold for $11,500 above the asking price. That’s almost 5% above asking price.
- Property #20, 7369 Cactus Cove sold just slightly under asking price. That’s a good indicator of the market right now.
- We are seeing some properties that definitely sell above asking price. Those tend to be the lower-priced homes/condos.
- We are seeing some homes sit on the market for just a little bit longer. This can take some sellers off guard when their home sits on the market for 4, 6, or up to 10 ten days.
- As we are seeing the market temper a little bit. This is our personal opinion that this is a seasonal thing. Come January when the Spring market gets into full bloom, we will see things pick up again.
