Mission:  Bathroom Return

The addition of a bathroom or renovation of a bathroom will hopefully attract sellers, especially if the bathroom is on the main floor or part of the master suite.  According to www.remodeling.net the bathroom will see a 45-55% return on the investment, meaning you will get about half of the money you spent on the remodel back in the sale of the house.  While not the best bang for your buck, this number could go higher depending on the location of the bathroom and its previous condition.
