We have finished the foundation of our newest building in the Trails of Sierrafield- Building #8. Building #8 will include four ranch floor plans. Two interior Elm units and two end units in theBirch floor plan. We are excited to see new buyers come out of the woodwork to take advantage of new construction perks such as a builder’s warranty and being able to customize your unit with personal selections of cabinetry, counter-tops, flooring, lighting, and colors.
