Sierrafield’s builder, CBH Building and Development, has done a phenomenal job in selecting clean, contemporary colors and designs in all of the finished model units. Here are the current selections that have been chosen to finish the Spring Parade of Homes 2011 unit.
Cabinetry- The cabinets will be a maple wood with chestnut stain from Medallion cabinetry in a mission style door. Simple, understated elegance will define this kitchen!
Countertops- A standard feature of all condos at Sierrafield is solid surface countertops from Diamond Surfaces. This unit will feature a new product with an unmistakable quartz-like look and feel. The color finish is called Essex.
Carpet- The living and bedroom areas will be cozy and warm with Stainmaster Prestige carpet in Nutcracker.
Kitchen Flooring- The kitchen and entryways will feature Abilene Oak wood laminate from Formica’s Messina line.
Bathroom Flooring- The bathroom will offer an elegant retreat with a wood laminate product from Congoleum in Rustic Maple with Gunstock stain.
Three paint colors have been chosen for this condo. Krisp Khaki (8233M), Gum Nut (8236N), and Bark Mulch (8734M) from Graham Paints will provide warm, neutral brown tones to the condominium. These colors will help coordinate any homeowner’s décor and personal tastes.
