Technology has changed the way we design and build houses and condos. Before an ounce of concrete is poured, or a single nail is set, we can actually get into each condo and get a feel for the space, the layout, and the ceiling lines. Hammers are Swinging!! Building F in the Greens of Sierrafield is well underway. The roof is going on next, then we’ll see the windows installed and siding go up! We are also putting the finishing touches on the interior walls of 7372 Rock Canyon. This condo is tentatively slated to be our Spring 2013...

Construction on building #7 has begun. The ground has been staked, and the big trucks are on their way! We are excited to announce that this will be the first building with our new Chestnut floor plan! This is a new design and new concept that has received positive reviews so far. Building 7 will be a four unit building, with 2 interior units and 2 end units....
