The Chestnut is a new floor plan that utilizes space in the second floor, rather than a lower level. This means no basement to heat and cool, taller ceilings, more light, but still two distinct ‘areas’ of the condo to utilize. The Chestnut is a traditional ranch condo, with the kitchen, dining area, living room, master suite and laundry all on the main floor. The second floor has 2 main rooms that can be customized with various available modules to maximize the space for your exact needs. Looking for large area for a sewing room, craft room, bedroom, office or second tv watching area? The bonus room is ideal for these uses at 11’x20′. Or there is the loft area at about 16’x8.5′ that is open to the lower level. Choose to place the second full bathroom in either of these two spaces to complete the second floor.
On the main floor, the Chestnut functions as a traditional ranch, with ‘main floor living’ as the primary purpose. With an open feel, two story and vaulted ceilings. The taller ceilings allow for the use of transom windows in the front and back of the condo. End units will benefit from additional transom windows on the exterior walls. Taller walls + more windows = very well lit condos!
